JCW CAI?

JCWers.
I was wondering what a used JCW air box would be worth. Missing flap
and all hoses that go with. Clean paper filter. Ballpark guesstimate. I'm
not selling or wtb, just wanting some information.
Thanks,
Bryan

You can get a new in box complete with all parts for 274.00 so my guess would be about 40.00.

If it's missing that much I would say it isn't worth much but I guess you can always put it on Ebay and see what you get.

IMHO, it is missing the stuff that should be taken off anyway. If everything has been removed there should be a covered hole on the top, from the flap actuator assembly being removed. Also, the filters for the JCW intakes are expensive ($90-$100). I would think about $140 for the used JCW intake.

Thanks for the help guys(girls). Looks like it's luck of the draw as far as
what's out there and who wants it.

Newb owner question. Do they make K&N filters for the JCW airboxes? Are the filters the same size as the regular S cars?

I have a K&N Airfilter in my JCW CAI but I'm not sure of the actual size.
I'll open it up tomorrow and take a look, I'll post the results here for you.
