Chrome Grill Surround w/ JCW Aero Kit?

My R56 MCS is on order and I'm planning on having a JCW aero kit ready to install myself. The big question I have is will the stock Chrome Grill Surround fit w/ the JCW parts?

I really want to keep the chrome on the front of the car rather than black it out.

Thanks.

rlnewby,

Thanks for the reply but I'm not sure if that answers the question. I am more interested if the bottom grill trim that is chrome on the stock S fits the new JCW Aero Kit front bumper.

Pretty sure the top surround is no issue since nothing changes on the bonnet, but since you have to replace the bumper skin I'm not sure if the profile / mounting points are the same.

Does the black JCW surround fit a standard S?

Well...

I was going to find that out today. I don't have they aero kit but both grills and trim were to be delivered today. But they didn't put my apartment number on the package.

So I hope to pick them up tomorrow and see if lower one fits.

No unfortunately the lower grill is not the same. So that trim is not the same. So now I need to see if I can send it back.

Well I sent it back to quickly to get pictures. The grill is about 1 inch taller and the perimeter shape is different all the way around in small ways.

Sorry for the later reply
