I originally bought the magnetic ones (Out Motoring?) but did not think the shape well suited to the MINI. I designed and fab'd my own based on the original design and a decal I saw on a BRG MCS posted here on NAM. These are magnetic, but I believe Aesthetic Creations may be making decals of a similar shape available.

Marcel: Yes, of course! It's not the non-magnetic qualities I'm so concerned about, but the opacity issue--that black is quite hard to see through! OMG--every time I drive to work into the early morning sun I still curse whichever idiot chose our windshields!! That has to be the softest glass on the planet. I feel like I'm in one of my 5yr old daughter's dreams--all sparkles and shiny things. It's a Barbie windshield.
Actually the chip guards are 100% bling for me--I don't have any problems with paint chips there. I have way more problems with A-holes who park next to me and open their doors as if they were in a spagetti western.
