Mud flaps

Does anybody make/sell oem looking mud flaps for the rear of the Cooper S (I have only been able to find front flaps) ? I'm getting fed up with the grit and grime that accumulates on the back whenever it rains.

I think I remember a thread where someone successfully used the cooper rear flaps - I think they had to change out the rear wheel black trim but as I recall it worked... search for that...

If your reason for wanting them is to keep the crap off the rear hatch, don't bother.

Rear flaps are not going to help with that. A vortex is a vortex, flaps or no flaps.

I have no reason to know for sure - but in an earlier thread, someone who had actually tried them testified that the flaps DID help - not a complete solution, but a reduction of material entering the vortex...

I have them on my Cooper, but not on my S. They work OK on the Cooper, but it still gets messy...just not as fast. If I had to do it over again, I'd have just stuck with putting them on the front. I'm kinda glad they are not available on the S.
