Was the Checkmate package only available in the Blue Leather and Grey Cloth interior or could you get that same interior in Panther Black Leather and Grey cloth also?

 

It was only available in the blue with space blue dash and door panels. That is why chili red and british racing green was not available for the package, since those colors didn't work well with the blue.

 

Wasn't there another package that had black leather and a cloth or alacantera/sueded center? It wasn't Checkmate though. Here's the Checkmate rear seat:

 

The GP has a checkmate type of seats, I believe it is black leather with grey inserts. Of course minus the rear seat.

 

That may be what I'm remembering... and why Brent's looking for a black/grey rear seat!

Re-upholstering isn't such a bad way to go either though, if one were to find, say, a black leather or even leatherette ("pleather") rear seat and have just the centers redone that shouldn't be too bad. Good auto upholstery shops can match it pretty well I'd think.

 

Well the original question was about seat in general not just rear seat.
