Not normal for OEM markers, did you install it on a humid day (if it was and the atompshere has changed could very well have some condesation in there)? Might be worth popping off and draining any liquid as not to shrotent he life of the bulb inside. Without seeing it and know what the car has been though I don't know if you should contact them or not.

I installed them on a sunny day... they were fine until i washed the car 3 days later... and ever since then, the passenger side marker has water/condensation in it...

I have the same situation with the dark sidelight jewels. I think the moisture is entering around the rubber o-ring surrounding the bulb assembly. I was considering some silicon grease to seal the joint - haven't tried it yet.

Yup I'm with Doug on this.

Mine leaked at the seams on the side where the jewel part meets the solid white plastic backer. I remove the light, use some bleach to clean any mold/junk out, used a blow dryer to dry them and with a finger smeared some silicon on the seam. Allow to dry and re-install - works like a champ.

Our OEM marker light (one) has water, condensation in it and has since we picked it up. No service yet.
