Has anyone installed one on passenger side? I have an '05 and it looks like the driver's side visor would mount in place of inner grab handle.

Im pretty sure you can.
As for the Driverside....unless your willing to cut ( or lay over ) the liner and jam 2 screws very carefully into your roof i think it will work
