Spray painting intercooler
Does anyone have any insight reference spray painting a design or logo on an intercooler or any radiator-type surface (using a stencil)? Special paint or methods? I've seen this on a couple of MINI pics but I don't have an to attach at the moment. Thanks.

It has been done on the STi IC's. Just get a good pattern of what you want, and use a sparing amount of paint as you spray. The thicker the paint, the more difficult it is for the heat to conduct out of the IC. Keep the paint thin, as thin as you can.
