12v constant source

Does anyone know it there is a 12v constant hot anywhere near the handbrake console ?

Or if not, where is the closest one that I can fish to the console. All I want to power is a cell phone charger. The Lighter does not remain ON when the key is Off and I hate that thing sticking up anyway/

you can tap into the cigarette lighter fuse. it's not switched by the
fuse box. at least not mine (03). the socket is switched though.

Search for 12v and/or euro parcel shelf. Lots of people tap into the fuse box to get a always on 12v source (I did, but forget the fuse #).
