Boost Gauges...Which to choose.

I have been browsing eBay, and have come upon 2 different boost guages that I like. Yes, I am going on the cheap side, but I like the way they look .

Let me know which you like better or is the better deal, or if they will work at all.

First choice

Second Choice

i like the look of the second one, but it looks like an illustrator doc, not an actual product.

and, at that cost, you are not too far off from an autometer ultra light, which REALLY matches the mini gauges....

I vote for the Autometer.

I bought the electric version instead of the mechanical and I love it.

Yup, most people are running the Autometer gauges IIRC.

I prefer the Autometer boost gauge, too. Here is a pix of my installation. It's mechanical and works great. 20 PSI is all you need. If you put 35 PSI gauge in you lose a lot of sensitivity because of the extra 15 pounds of overhead. I have a 15% pulley and have never seen the boost exceed 20 pounds.

I have a 20 that I need to trade for a 35 here soon if anyone wants it.

I hate being able to peg my boost gauge!
