I really think this is what Tüls was trying to say in his early replies... if you read them he kept saying things like let it go.... and every responce from there was more and more nasty... and I do not believe on the part of Tüls... in fact he was trying to keep it light...

I am sure it would be thought I am a little bias... but I have learned in business to be very objective...

anywho... that was a great post... thanks...

oh and I am pretty sure Tüls can create just about anything you like.... he has done some CRAZY things with the eyes.... never fails to amaze me what he can do

It's all about the love of the car, and your products respectively, add to what we love about them. When I was at the Dragon this year, and visited the vendor's area, I saw many different competing vendors mingling, shooting the breeze, sharing a beer, checking out each other's cars, and this is what it's all about. I know DVLMINI said there's a history, I get it. And even though I don't know what that is, or want to know, it don't matter. Just do what you do with excellence, quality, and innovation as you know it, and stand by what you do. Cause I have seen both your work, and dig them both. I bought a set of eyes from DVLMINI's site, but if what they had over at TULS' place matched what I was wanting (the Scottish Flag injected eyes), I would have bought from there. The realistic eyes look really cool. So, let's let bygones be bygones, and remember that people are always judging you by your actions on these boards. Fans, friends, future customers.....

Wow. This has been an embarrassing episode in our beloved MINI world. I hope all involved can learn something from it and move on. Peace.

For me this was funny untill post 371... that was just too much... so I made a request...

I feel fortunate for you if this is the worse namisode you have seen.... I have whitnessed much worse to the point that I left for sometime... heck even recently some of the performance threads I won't even touch.... it's much worse than this

Ehugs for everyone!

Wow...nothing like a DIRECT rip-off of my art. You should take that down, please.

Well said,
What I understand is that some guy in Chicago is selling my art for $50 and others are posting links on how to buy more.

CooperGear,
I guess you edited your post to remove: "maybe this thread should be deleted, too"--before you did I replied.

I
like yours too, they're original and you had an original idea and went with it.

I think it has gotten back on track. I'm not ashamed of my content.
I would not have posted some of the things had I thought better.

If the thread is deleted, that would be too bad. It's a good thread with lots of folks showing off their pride and joys.

If the offending posts are deleted, that's fine, but I'm fine either way.

My customers know my products and services and many know me personally. My company has had a few rough spots and I've recovered, but I do do it all myself and have over 100 products and plenty of things no one's ever thought of. I'm happy with that. Pretenders will come and go and they have. Look at the vendor list from 4 years (you can't but pretend you can) ago and look at it now.

I think you'll find a whole bunch of threads regarding vendor/vendor
vendor/customer disputes that are worse than this still floating around. In the end, they just get buried.

My problem with the unmentioned has been going on for 2 years offline. I should have kept it there, have kept it there and have never mentioned either of them by name or slammed their product. I got offended by some comments that should have rolled off by back. They didn't. I'm human and I live by my mistakes.

And apparently you still can't seem to know when to stop.

It won't be deleted, but it will be closed down. Now. And you are largely to blame for that.

It's exactly that attitude that is the problem here.

You live by them, but why can't you learn from them?

Thread closed. Move on.
