Hi Chow!

I'm a little north of Baltimore and real estate is NUTS here !

I really hadn't been paying attention and got a little thing in the mail from a local realtor showing what houses in my neighborhood recently sold for and I almost had a coronary!

I see lots of signs around me for new houses starting in the "low 400's", and granted I've been here almost 20 years, but YIKES! I've got 4 BR, 3 bath, FR, LR, DR, fireplace and full basement and real trees. I bought for under $100K and could easily quad that. But then what? Half the house for twice the money. I'm staying put and buying cars!

But back to lights. Baby comes on Friday and front lights were at the top of my list too. I ordered her fairly plain so I could do it "my way". Now I'm realizing I don't really have a way! This could be a long term project.

Thanks everybody for all the good ideas I'm seeing. Very inspiring!

I'd strongly suggest getting either the stock or the PIAA mounting brackets for those lights. You'll appreciate it in the end.

Exactly the way I like to do it as well. I bought mine fairly plain and will do my own mods over time. This is a mode of transportation but a hobby as well.

Here's how I mounted my Hella 500s.

Here's the thread on it.
