I'd like to get one of the new MINI leather brake handles and need to know if someone has done this mod and how to do it. Thanks in advance.

 

I'd also like to know how to remove the handbrake becuase I want to replace it with one from MOMO.

 

It's very easy and the kit includes instructions. Basically you just pop off the retaining plastic ring, flip it inside out, cut the zip tie, wiggle the plastic end cap off, and slide off the handle. Fit the new boot and reverse the steps. The end cap was a pain for me to get off though, maybe it was just my luck.
