I am paying a local body shop $400 to spray two aero side skirts (the left and the right). Am I getting ripped off? Is the price that others have paid to get a similar job done?

 

I paid $500 to get the entire aero kit painted... I think $400 for just the sides is a bit much.

 

its not much that's gettin' painted since not all of tha skirts get srayed but u dont want to go cheap when it comes to paint.
i would go to a few good shops b4 makin' a decision

 

Huh? Mine came from the dealer painted with gray primer, so the whole thing had to be sprayed.

Payed $250

 

Mine were $259.20 each, factory pre-painted from Classic MINI. That includes the 20% NAM discount. Shipping was another $30. As far as I can tell, they can get just about any color available, you need to furnish the VIN when you order to be sure to get the right color.
