Well, I finally received by Redline Shift and E-brake boots today. I am very impressed. It took a little while to install them, but overall I am very happy. I have an automatic MCS, but since I wanted the 4-panel red/black/red/black shift boot which is only available in standard MINIs, I decided I would experiment. I ordered the manual shift boot in the pattern mentioned above. I planned on removing the gear indicator light in order to install the boot correctly. It worked out great, and it looks amazing. It will look even better when I paint all the interior pieces in a couple of weeks.
