OK NOW I HAVE A PICTURE. HOW DO I MAKE IT small?

 

all I know how to do is like in my sig. when you find one on the internet, right click on it and then click properties. Copy something that looks like an email adress. When done with that come back to this page, then glick on image at the bottom of the screen then click past. hope this helps
