Dash Kits
Anybody have the carbon fibre dash kit from the accessories catalog?
Any other kits, wood,etc....
Looking for an interesting solution without disassembling.
Thanks

FWIW, the dash fascia comes off pretty easily. A couple of torx screws and tugs, and voila! It's like an advanced Lego set!
The stick on options look, well, stuck on.

I have the real thing, not the stick on stuff. See

If you want to know if it looks good, it transforms the whole interior.

Thanks for the replies. CF looks nice, wonder why the factory applique doesn't inclued the air bag?
Anyone seen materials other than CF?

Get the JCW kit for the dash. It has all the panels like the MC40. $1500.00 I believe.
Call Classic.

I love CF but I'm having a problem with $1500 for interior decoration. I could buy some cool furniture for my dining room with that...hmmmm

sid-
yah, i suppose.
cWade- cool. it looks good imho and won't break the bank. Im sure
you already know, but use a heat gun to heat up the CF before you apply
so that it will contour to the curvature.
my interior is anthrasite so
it goes well with CF...not so much contrast applying over silver interior.

$800... damn, for that price you might as well have gotten the real thing. Not to mention it doesn't look like CF...

A while ago i picked up some blue carbon fiber stick on dash pieces. That was before i even got my baby.Back in early 03. I forgot were i got it from. I have not seen it advertised anywhere lately. I'm saving up for the real deal on my dash one day.
