I purchased the bike post plugs - the problem is that the hole in the 2009 MCS measires 1 1/8 inches and these plugs are a little to big. So I am really interested in the plastic plug... Does anyone know where the plug was purchased and the part number

If you want plastic the best thing is to go to Lowes and just look in the drawers where they have these plugs.
I found a wiper delete plug just by looking through the drawers for the size I wanted.

Just file the underside lip down until it fits.
