Black MINI Cooper S with checkered roof

Don't mind that, I'm just typing it like that so it can be found easy when searched, I didn't find many black MCS's with checkered roofs when I searched so I figured I'd help out.

I'm very satisfied and I got it for 60$ installed, try to beat that!

Off Topic:

Are you the one who made a custom exhaust? Also is it normal for the passenger side of the exhaust to hang down so low?

 

I like the way yours goes all the way to teh edge of the roof. I got mine when ordering as an offical MINI accessory and it stops about 1 inch from the edge all around.

 

That looks fantastic--love the look of your car (actually like it better the way you've got it over the photoshop).


How did you get the roof done for so cheap? They did a great job on that.

at VDC, Charleston: 05MCS all Jet Black ("Topper")

 

The exhaust can be made to go higher but then you'd have to redo the last part of tubing, so I'll let it be, for now.

I got it cheap, well, I know a guy who has a friend that's in the decal-business so he just cut it out in his shop and put it on in an hour for me, he had never done a MINI roof before! I think it's pretty much a ripoff, $250 for a damn roofdecal, without even installation, come on... I wouldn't be surprised if they made like $200 profit on each flag.

If you look closely it goes over the rear wing as well! I'll try to take a overhead pic as soon as I can, I searched for a spot to do it yesterday when I was taking the photos but couldn't find any. :(


The rims are 18x7.5" Rota Subzero wrapped with Toyo Proxes T1-R 215/35/18, love the rims, they've held up great! And I'm not rubbing or anything, on stock suspension!

Looks great! Now I wish I had gotten a black MCS.

Anyways, you gotta clean those tail pipes. it's ruining the clean look.

 

Is it Jet Black or Astro Black.

Put in an order for MIB. It is a 2006 so it had to be Astro Black/Astro Black
