Parklane / Checkmate Style Stripes
Has anyone sourced stipes in the style of the Checkmate/Parklane?
This is what I am looking for, and more pics of both Checkmate and Parklane are here.
My thought is to combine the stripe element with an M7 scoop, all in black.
Any thoughts? Or better yet, anyone with enough photoshop skill to do a prototype?

I think Cooper Flags could do it for you. Check the vendor list on this site and you'll find them.
They may be working on it already. I imagine demand will be fairly high as more people see those special-edition photos. It's a great alternative to the straight bonnet stripes.
I got my center-checker stripe from them, and have no complaints.
Good luck.

be1000n: I'll check directly - Thanks.
On the seats, i'll echo the comments made about appearance, but .... the side leg bolsters look higher than the standard sport seats, which are already a bit too high for my long legs (on the freeway).
That said, I'd change in a heartbeat as well.
I'd love to see if the rear is stitched (?) in a matching fasion.

I contacted both Cooperflags and Mightystipes directly (both are sponsors of this site.)
Both responded ridiculously quick - e-mail sent after midnight, both responses sent before the sun rises. Speaks very well of both, to me.
Anyway, Mightystipes will not be producing this stripe, as the vinyl is far too wide for them to duplicate, unfortunately.
Cooperflags is working on this type of stripe, and will add to their website when available. I was advised that they are using their MCS to prototype, but will need to access a dealer car for the MC version.

...the Park Lane and Checkmate 'packages' will not be coming to the US, though pieces of each (including the "English Leather" seats) will be available as options.
