Fixed back racing seats

Anyone here wqith fixed back racing seats in you daily driven MINIs?
is the back seat still accessible?
I'm thinking of getting a pair (maybe Corbeau if I can find them here in OZ) with slidable rails so that the rear seat is still accessible. Is it legal in Australia? I'm in Melbourne BTW

I have shell style racing seats (see photo below). Even with sliders there is absolutely no way to access the back seat through the doors, even if you need to reach something in the back seat. The back becomes accessible only through the tailgate.
Sparco makes a seat tilter, but I would imaging that the seats would hit the roof before they could tilt enough to access the back.
