Factory painted aero skirts

Hi. I have a quick question on these. (A pair is headed my way from Classic right now. ) Does the factory paint job include a bit of black along the lower ege and at the ends to blend with the stock plastic wheel well moldings?

Did a few searches here but couldn't find the answer.

Thanks in advance!

Yes, the OEM painted kit has the black lower borders to match the wheel arches.

Problem is that the paint is not as durable as the finish on the arches. I have the aero kit and I am seeing some flakes from debris impact. I also have clear armor, but it does not cover this area.

They're painted to match the "plastic" arches. Due to the near-ground location, they're subject to rock chips, but unfortunately not as durable as the plastic.

Usually, the pre-cut clear bra/shield does not cover this area. A solution is to get uncut film to cover it.

I just use a marker and touch it up from time to time...

Thanks for the replies - good news!

Seems like it would be very easy to touch up any chips in the black areas. Hopefully I'll have these on in a week or so.
