When I bought my car I was given the JCW door sills... since they wanted a stupid amount for install I decided to install them myself....Ok, so how do I install them? Are they just glued down?

 

double sided tape. or, at least thats how stock sills are installed, i would assume thats how you would do it. I wouldnt use glue unless you had a spacer in there, the tape gives the sills the height that they need to be flush with the rocker.
