Wheel spacers for stock wheel help

I’m putting the oem 17 webspokes back on my car. When I bought it, it came with Enkeis that seem to have a conical bolt. I figured since I need new bolts I might as well get spacers to go with them.

My car is on Koni gold struts (not lowered) and 215 width tires.

What size spacers do I need to sit flush? I’ve read a lot of options, but it seems that 10mm, 12mm from an ET48 wheel.

Stock bolts are m12 x 1.5 and 28mm shank with a conical seat.

Is there a recommended brand of spacer that would come with the appropriate bolt spec in that size I need? I’m in canada but would import if necessary.

thanks in advance!

NM, found this from @quikmni in a different thread.

17” x7”, not lowered, up to 10mm spacers, lowered 1” up to 8mm using stock et48 wheels and 215/45-17 tires (no brand identified)…

Great info.

- I would stick with 17" wheels and not go up to 18" wheels. I had 17" on my 2003 R53 and have 18" on my 2006 R53. There are no advantages going to 18x7 and limited tire size options.
- As others have said, about 40mm offset with no rear rubbing but it depends on wheel/tire and amount of lowering. 17x7 wheel with 215/40 tire works with no rubbing even if lowered an inch.
- On 2003 R53 I had 17x7 with 38 offset wheels with 215/40-17 tires and lowered about an inch with H&R springs. If not lowered the 38 offset would have been fine.
- On 2006 R53 I have 18x7 with 52 offset wheels, 15mm Spaces (equivalent to 37 offset), 215/40-18 tires, and lowered about 5/8 inch with JCW springs. I had slight rubbing on the rear arch and wheel well that I had to clearance.
