Is it ok to use the same ground for multiple gauges and can I use the same power source connection for the lumination wire for two gauges? Thanks!

 

I would say yes. I just installed the under the toggle switch gauges last night. On these factory gauges Mini uses one ground for two gauge lights, voltmeter and the ground for the oil temp. The power for the lights is supposed to be taken from the back of the radio and supplies the power for both gauge lights. I found a light wire on the cigarette lighter power and tapped into that for the two under toggle gauge lights and a third gauge light as well.
