Not a mod but need some help

Looked at my car today and my passenger side fender arch (if that's what it's called) looks like it's about to fall off! The only thing I could think of is someone may have been malicious and tried to pull it off my car. Half of the clips are broken and the other remaining clips are holding the arch to the fender. I have no experience with body work and do not want to take it to an autobody shop yet until I've asked you all. Could I purchase the clips from the dealer and try to fix it myself or maybe even let the dealer look at it. Thanks!

Are you sure that they are broken? They are pretty tough and from my experience don't break that easy.

yes, I'm sure. Some of the pieces are missing and the remaining ones are half broken.

They are really cheap. Check out classic mini. They can provide a full replacement at a great cost.
