Any plans to offer the anodized cap in other colors? Maybe Blue? I prefer it over the the powder coating.

 

We've been playing with different colors here and there. The anodizing is happening alongside our production of billet tach dials for the ND Miata. We keep sending a few caps to get anodized with the batch of dials. So if we ever choose to do a blue tach, we'll get some matching caps along with them.

 

Super easy to install, looks and feels so much better than stock.

 

Just installed mine and it took about 15 minutes. Ordered Thursday, received Monday. That was with the custom engraving.

 

This is by far the best mod you can do to your car. "Manic" said it best in his video.........................it doesn't increase horsepower, or make your car handle better. Its just something you touch everyday. I believe this is should have come installed from the factory!!

Question for all of you. I was looking into this (I have a F54). Since the **** is quite a bit lower as stated, is there a lot of slack in the shift boot? Some images I found seems to suggest there is. Better to get a new boot made?

 

I realize this is an OLD thread, but it's all I could find so far on the CS automatic shifter. I ordered mine and it's enroute, though I should have just gone to pick it up since I'm so eager to complete the install. Will post pics for nobody to appreciate since this thread is ancient in forum years.

 

I loved the look of mine, so much nicer than the crummy **** the car comes with. The stock one is oddly unrefined the design isn’t cohesive with anything else in the interior. Craven was so accommodating to use a lathe to customize my cap. The install was very straightforward. I only took it off to have a part in the transmission replaced under warranty. Enjoy!

Finally got the car put back together. Great shift ****. Don't mind the missing chrome ring from the base od the ****. Have to get that put back in sometime.
