orciari instal question...

Just got home yeasterday after a 7 month deployment and I'm ready to start on my MCS. Today I was going to install the H&R coil overs and the Orciari body kit, however the instructions for the kit are CRAP and I'm starting out with a question on the original side skirts. Am I to remove them or install the orciari's over the top of them. I've put the new ones over the top just to see and the fit looks good. Please help.. I'm going nuts

The Orciari skirts fit over the original side skirts (screws and adhesive).

I had a local paint/body guy do mine, but from what I understand from BluMiniMe on MINI2.com, the US spec cars have an additional bracket to support the front fascia. Apparently about 8" needs to be cut off this bracket to install the front bumper. Just mate up the front bumper/grill assembly for a test fit and you should notice right away. Hope this helps.

Cheers!
