Interior/Exterior rules on aftermarket seating

rules on aftermarket seating
since this morning when cleaning my car i relized that my leather was cracking. im intrested in some aftermarket seats ie sparco, momo,etc. but will my air bag light stay on? will my insurance company drop me? has anyone else done this? if so any problems? i have sparco's in my other car but that makes it safer considering its a rabbit?
