JCW Pro Side Graphics

Just had installed the JCW Pro roof and side Graphics.
In the box with the side graphics were these extra pieces.
Anybody know where they would go?
It's not obvious to me and there are no instructions provided.

I think I figured it out.
I think they are used as spacers and applied on the door to evenly locate the stripes on the car.
Then removed.
