Anyone know if Fubrication is out of business?
Hello all, I have been looking for a GP-style wing for my '06 R53 that would allow me to keep the stock R53 roof "spoiler" as opposed to having to buy/find one from an R50. I've heard Orranje (sorry if I spelled that wrong) has one (not sure if it allows me to retain the stock 'S' wing?) and Fubrication does as well. I was told Orranje has been closed due to the owners illness with no info as to whether they'll be back, and I have emailed Fubrication 3x in the last two weeks and have not gotten a single response. Are they out of business? They don't have a phone number on their site either (unless someone here knows it!)
Can anyone help steer me in the right direction please? Wanted: GP or GP-style wing that isn't a POS and allows me to retain use of the factory 'S' spoiler or comes with something that replaces the factory 'S' spoiler and allows for some retention of the 3rd brake light. Do not want to switch rear glass on car! Do not want to drill into any glass at all.
Thanks for your help everyone! 👍

Orranje is back producing the wings in small batches. I think they're still taking orders for the latest one. Check Minitorque for threads. The Orranje wing looks to be better in quality from the pics I've seen. The Fubrication was a little rough out of the box and took a lot of work and prep to fit. I'm still not completely happy with the results and will be making more adjustments this winter. (pic below)
You missed the special run of Fubrication wings on Indiegogo earlier this year. Also, check the parts for sale section, someone was selling a carbon version on this site recently. Not sure what you mean by keeping the R53 spoiler since I don't think you can mount both at the same time. I covered my spoiler holes with the MINI accessory fins for the JCW wing. They're available separately from ECS for around $25. You can see them in the pic
