Spyder Projector Headlights with LEDs for your Mini

If you have 2007-2012 Mini Cooper and wanted to personalize it we've got an interesting option for you! These aftermarket headlights are equipped with unique DRL style LEDs. They are more sharp and visible from a long distance.

Spyder® - Black Projector Headlights with LEDs

These lights are extremely durable, with an average lifespan of 50,000-75,000 hours. They have simple plug and play installation, meets all federal regulations for street use. Just by replacing your old, dim headlights you’ll gain a safer, more pleasurable driving experience, and give your vehicle an appearance makeover that will result in head turning looks.

If anybody is interested we would be glad to work on some good deal exclusively for Northamericanmotoring forum members!

I see these have headlight washers. Is there an option for cars without headlight washers?

I'd be a buyer of a set without headlight washers.

sub3622, the color temperature -40°C~+80°C. Unfortunately you can't choose it. They come with clear turn signals and they light up with Amber light. They have limited 90-day warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. They are backed by a limited 90-day warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Grizld700 and BMC_Kid, I've checked with Spyder and these lights will work with vehicles not equipped with factory headlight washer systems. If you have any other questions, or want to purchase them, feel free to send me PM

We have these lights in 2 options - for models with Factory halogen headlights and for models with Factory Xenon/HID headlights. If you Mini equipped with Xenon, you will be able to use your factory bulb and just replace the headlights. Usually it is 4300K bulb. If your Mini was equipped with stock halogen headlights you will receive a new headlight unit with similar halogen bulbs that will have the same color temperature as your stock ones. The price is $421, but to calculate exact price you can provide me with your zip code and I will check it for you.

I have no doubt they will work for vehicles without the headlight washer option - you just don't use it. What I don't want is the headlight washer at all. I prefer a plain round headlight without the added washer on it. Does this light come without it? For me, that would be a deal breaker until it does.

Thanks,

James

+1. I just don't want the washer unit there.

rckrzy1, this is the price for pair.

sub3622, sure it will be possible. When you decide to make such upgrade, just make sure to purchase HID kit with matching bulb size.

BMC_Kid, let me check on this for you.

Pretty annoying that their solution to the non-existent headlight washers is just to cover it with an ugly chrome plug. At least if you have headlight washers, the ugly plug has a purpose, but these would look so much nicer with the full unbroken edge.

I agree. I happen to think that besides breaking up the headlight, headlight washers are pointless anyway. Why would I want to add a headlight that has the headlight washer (only it really doesn't) when I don't have a need for it or like the look. Sorry, when these lights come without the washer (or chromed washer cap) I will buy a set but until then, I am out.

For Mini with Factory Xenon/HID lights Spyder lights are compatible with factory washers. For Mini with Factory Halogen headlights they are not.
