It will transfer, make sure you switch the top pads and the wire harness.

Yes it will as we install the mfl buttons to retrofit them all the time.

Is it possible to install the multifunction buttons the "wrong way round ". By design

My f56 has cruise on left and volume on right,
As It would be nicer if both cars were the same hand,

I have a nearly new gp2 wheel heading my way, my roadster has the basic jcw wheel

I added a GP2 wheel to my JCW Countryman. From what I remember I don't think that is possible. If so you might as well switch the fuel door locations locations too… that's another thing that drives me nuts… I always end up driving up on the wrong side depending on which car I'm in….lol

Yea cant swap them, not easy. Unless you can take them apart and heavily modify and make new pods for them in CF or molded plastic. Then contour to fit.
