If you are kind of the guy who thinks the R5x watergun style washer nozzle sucks, good news!!!!!!!!! I just find out the washer nozzle from a Ford Focus MK3 (part no. CP9Z-17603-B) will fits directly into our existing washer nozzle mountings. No filing into any bits. Just remove the old one and put the new one in, direct plug and play. But there's a downside tho. It will spray a fan pattern, but it would make the bottom 1/3 of the screen and the roof wet and it can't be adjusted. The good thing is it looks very similar to the oem water gun and it comes with the plastic gasket between the nozzle and the bonnet. 
(Not sure if it works if your mini has heated washer, coz my R56 doesn't have a heated washer)

I think i'm a bit lazy to upload a video to utube, hope the photo will be better than text description look at the area near pt cruiser, its the wettest bit, normal vision area was much drier, but it will cleans bird shxt very effectively, same as the passenger side and the bit between 2 wipers are pretty dry and no run off that area :p 20 bucks well spent
