Blacking Out Rear Lettering

Anyone out there Black Out the Countryman lettering on their CM?
I thought ive seen pics on here some where but have been unable to find again.
I want to do vinyl wrapping of the trim line, scuttles and light rings. Thought I'd might as well do the emblems and badging while I'm at it.

Not much luck with Plastidip.
About 4 coats on the side scuttles and they look pretty uneven. Considering peeling off and wrapping or buying another can and throwing more on.

OK..I think I know what you are doing here. I did the same thing at first. You are too close when you are putting on the coats.

Peel these...put a light initial coat on and wait 15 minutes. Repeat 3 or 4 more times. If you can see it being shiney, you are too close....so be far enough away, and do sweeping motions. Well, this is how I do any de chrome projects on the car.

Have fun.
