front bumper removal instructions for R56?

Hi all

I am trying to piece together this information, but I cannot find definitive DIY or guides here. Could someone point me to it or PM me a PDF ?

Much obliged, removing my 9500ci radar detector and need to pull the bumper.

Helix has a good video of how to install their intercooler that starts with removing the front bumper:

thanks! Much appreciated. ATLA has a good one on their site, I used it. What a pain with all those pop fasteners!

What the video left out (or I didn't see it) was there are three plastic fasteners inside each of the three holes close to the front edge of the bottom of the bumper. You will need a Philips screwdriver to remove these and they were easy to strip. Also, on my 2013 MCS, the brake ducts were attached to the back of the bumper and broke a tab trying to pull it off.

Been there done that. The brake ducts are the most frustrating part. Everything else is straight forward.

How do you get the ducts out? I know how to remove an R56 front bumper, just not one with the brake ducts. Looks like there are some rear facing clips that are inaccessible from any angle?
