is there any way to get silver inlays for a 2012+ seeing as they changed everything to black -_- basically make it look like the good ol r56 interior.

Which inlays in particular? You can swap out steering wheel spokes and trim ring around the tach. I don't see anything else possible. E.g. nothing in the center console without changing out entire modules for older versions.
