Hid Kit -2004 Mini Cooper S

First off I purchased aftermarket headlights from carid.com [http://www.carid.com/2004-mini-coope...s-314142.html] After buying these I waited a couple of months and then wanted to buy from the same website the hid conversion kit, but dealing with this company was a nightmare and they made 3 mistakes and tried to screw me out of more money when it should have only cost $100 in the first place not around $250 so I was wondering has anyone found an hid kit they are happy with that would fit my lights? If so can I see some pictures of anyones mini that has an hid kit hooked up, I am also looking for the blueish look to my lights. Thank you.

I am actually in the same boat as you, but still shopping.
I found these guys, which seem like a good deal:

Maybe someone will let us know. I'm also wondering which temp will look most like stock BMW/MINI lights (6000K)? I know I won't have the benefit of the projectors but hopefully the light reach will increase.

6000K is white. That's what I have on my winter car.

Thanks Ghost!
Looks like your MINI is like mine (headlights in the bonnet not on frame).

When you installed your HIDs was it with a kit that had ballasts ? If do, where did you anchor them and how did you route the wiring? Just curious as I get ready to install my own setup.
