+100000000, he did mine and is a nice person, better businessman, and amazing at vinyl wrapping. not cheap but its worth every penny in my mind.

nah, usually the people who send away for this has to send back their core parts in order to get a cheaper price. id reach out to either "orangecrush" on NAM or ask vinyl stylez if he sells the chrome piece without being wrapped.

believe it or not its rattle can just prepped it good (draw back is cannot return to chrome like plastidip) but didnt intend on doing that anyways..3000 grit wet sand clean and prep tape off and use many many light coats until covrd completely,, then i did 5 coats of clear..same way painted in garage away from elements and then pulled out into sun to dry before removing masking tape.......came out good i did the belt line the same way,,,,, but be warned it took me 3 hours to mask it right,,yes three hours not **** just didnt feel like trying to clean overspray off everything LOL..Anyways I WISH U luck if you try it

I did my grill and headlight surrounds. It took a full can of Plastidip, but I'm pleased with the look.

I'm thinking about getting rid of the chrome around my lower grill, and boot area. Anyone know how to take it off so I can paint it? I'm talking about the parts below the bumpers front and back if you have the chrome package. Thanks!

I'm reviving this old post because I just ordered the chrome surrounds for the front lower bumper grill (below bumper) and the rear center reverse light (also below the bumper) on a 2012 Mini Cooper Hartop Non-S and want to know how hard it will be to INSTALL them once I GT3 Golf Oil Orange them out?

Hoping I don't have to remove both bumpers to INSTALL these exterior oranged-out chrome surrounds.

If I do, please post up a link on how to do it. Thx.
