My girlfriend noticed that the handle up by the back of the door, inside the Mini, that you can grab to heave yourself out of the mini has come loose at one end. Is it possible to make it secure again. I haven't had a close look myself yet. Just wondered if anyone here has had to deal with this? Couldn't find it in the Bentley manual. What do you call it? Assist handle for exiting the Mini? Old people's handle? Interior roof handle?

 

I would imagine you would just have to tighten the screw in the handle. Shouldn't take more than a few minutes.

 

Be careful not to damage the plugs covering the screws, I'd guess that you cannot obtain those separately from the handle.
