I recently purchased an '05 Xenon headlamp assembly for peanuts - Problem is, it's got a 1" crack on the bottom of the lens.

Is there any practical way of repairing these cracks so I don't get moisture in the headlamp housing? I was thinking of taking some super-glue with one of those tiny pin-head adapters to "inject" the crack with some super-glue to seal it shut.

If not, I guess I'll just have to transplant the guts of the headlamp assembly into my halogens.
