Help Removing Door Panels

Hey. I have the non-Harmon Kardon CM and am wanting to upgrade my speakers, starting with the rear ones. Has anybody had any experience with removing the door panels and/or replacing the speakers?

I'm searching the same thing and can't find anything about it. I also want to add an extra amp to power a extra subwoofer but I'm stuck in the disarming the CM part.
