Wet Okole is probably the premier set cover manufacturer.

Depends on how picky you are. I looked at all of the "high quality" expensive ones and ended up buying a pair from pep boys for 40 bucks. They fit almost perfectly and most people think they were custom made. They are also designed to work with the airbags on the side of the seats.

+1 My Jeep came with Wet Okole's and they worked so great I put them on our first R53 MCS and now on the new R56. They look great, fit great and add some extra padding to the seats. The are very durable, have the original set on the Jeep 7+ years and 4 years on the R53 (left them on when it was sold). Covers do a great job at protecting the seats and are easy to keep clean. The wetsuit material is waterproof so you can clean them right on the car. With all the customizable color & logo combinations you can also add some personalization to the interior as well.

I have had Wet Okoles the life of my car, 3-1/2 years, 36K miles.

I find them to be comfortable enough, temperature wise, in both summer and winter. My main gripe with them is that they have to be shampoo'ed in place, since they are a pain to install. Then you have to let them dry for a day or two, which means not driving it much or at all. So I hardly ever shampoo them, since I drive almost every day. Therefore they are faded and dirty. And now they are stretched out and don't fit well.

I think I might go with the MOSS neoprene ones this time, to save some $.

The MINI is my Daily Driver and my play toy is a Jeep Wrangler, so I may have a different take on neoprene seat covers as the Jeep world is where I have been exposed to them.
Cons:
Neoprene seat covers actually hold water so if they get wet, you can't simply dry them off.
If you sit on them, the water soaks through.
Wife is a diver and has to maintain her wetsuit as perspiration and odors soak into it after a while. I’d be concerned that this would be the case with Neoprene seat covers as well.
Care and feeding is more labor intensive than OEM seat material or on fabric covers.
Additional recurring themes are how quickly they fade (UV treatment is available) and how hot they are in summer (causing even more perspiration).

Other folks are equally enthusiastic about how much they like their seat covers.

Iggee seat covers have receiving mostly good reviews of late: http://www.iggee.com/
