I'm installing a leather e-brake boot but it didn't come with instructions. Is it easy to do? Can anyone who has done this give me some advice?
Thanks for any help you can provide.

You are going to have to pull the boot off from the center. There is a plastic ring that hold the boot on place on the bottom. That has to get pushed down and in a bit to unhook it. Then you do that for the whole thing... start from the back. Once that is of, pul it foward to reveal the Zip Tie on the part near the handle. Cut that off. and remove the whole thing. the origional boot is glued in place. Take it all off the plastic piece. Then replace the boot as it cam off, and reassemble oppisite as to removal... I hope that helps.

Procede at ur own risk.. and all tha other stuff....

Adding to the above...

I assume you are replacing the e-brake handle as well? There is a little plastic nub on the end of the handle that must be pried out (gently!) with a thin flat-head screwdriver to release the handle from the metal e-brake lever. Then the handle will slide off the lever.

From there, the installation is reasonably self-explanitory.

I'll try to post the picture off the BMW TIS CD-ROM if I can.

Just go to the Moss Mini site. They have a leather ebrake boot and you can download the instructions as a pdf. Very easy
