Interior/Exterior MCS Lower Grill: with driving lights.

I made my own lower grill, and installed PIAA driving lights: Platinum p1000, I think... It's been a while!
The screen is made with some aluminum mesh from McMaster Carr.com... they are an industrial supply house: Fantastic source for us DIY nuts. The mesh is too soft, really , but it is very shiny and easy to work with. This is NOT the ideal material, so beware. Not at all easy to make this screen. I want to find some heavier stainless mesh, coarser pitch, like the grill on a Jaguar XJS. Expanded aluminum would work too. Anyone have a good source? The lights are on home made mounts: 1.5" x 1/8" anodized aluminum from the hardware store. Bent at 90 degrees, pop riveted onto the bumper beam. VERY solid and nice! The "grommets" are thin cable sleve from the car parts store. The lights: They light up the WORLD! They are great. I had some on my hot Volvo, and they last a looooong time. VERY high quality, great wiring harnes, easy integration. I stuck the very nice touch-switch onto the edge of my Euro parcel shelf, near the Aux Input for my Ipod. If anyone is interested, I'll show you my engine (bonnet!) light: 3 bright white LED's on a feeler switch. Turns off when hood closes.
