You could mount it in a Cravenspeed guage pod. It would go with the round gages in the MINI better than a scangauge2.

Good thought

The Scangauge and the i-Phone have the ugly factor and where to put the darn things. The round gauges are much more in keeping the the Mini, IMHO.

I had no idea that the blue tooth for the OBD II connector existed. I think that's a great idea. However I don't have an iPhone. Does it work with an iTouch?

Plus I was wondering if I could just buy an older model iPhone that isn't activated and just use it for this. Is it possible to download and use an app on an iPhone that isn't activated?
