Remove Interior Trim?

Well I have been searching all afternoon, and cannot find anywhere a how-to for removing the grey rings around the speakers, air vents, and on the steering wheel. I want to remove them and either spray them or cover them in black vinyl. Has anyone removed these pieces before? Is it easy?

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks!

There is a how-to around here on how to remove the R56 trims you are talking about... Try to find it under 'chrome line retrofit' in the search section. The silver rings you are talking about are not easily removed from the larger pieces they are attacghed too. For example, the speedo ring is attached to the entire speedometer ring, so the entire cluster must be removed.
