Interior/Exterior Alta gauge pod, fitting 52mm instruments in a 60mm hole

Does anyone know a US source of the reducing rings that are needed to fit a 52mm instrument in the 60mm hole in the ALTA gauge pod. According to ALTA they are a standard part, but a google search only realized a source in England.
