Dash rattling at 28mph & 32mph

I live up in ND right now and whenever its 15-25 degrees out my passenger side dash rattles. It sounds like the airbag panel, but when I open my glove box it seems to slowly dissipate. Anyone had the same sound? Quite annoying. Sounds like the generic clicking no marble in a jar here.

Today I am going to install a strip of foam at the front of the dash to line with the windshield as I have read this may prevent any further clicks/rattles etc.
Please do let me know what this sound is. Even when I press down on the airbag panel the sound doesn't go away.

Thanks

The foam should helP....in the cold mini's tend to rattle a bit.
I found the cabrio strut braces (installed on a non cabrio) help rid my dash squeaks...they stiffen stuff up a bit, and are pretty cheap!!

I used a length of black vinyl fuel line(motorcycle) ,stuffed along the windshield, dash gap. I wrote something about it here

I did get rid of the runflats and still am running the stock s-lites..17's aren't comfy. I fixed the top dash rattle but now my drivers side door panel is rattling like crazy. I think I will just remove it and line it with weatherstripping. Thanks for all the suggestions guys!
