Wow! I too am looking for rain guards for my Mini because I am a smoker too. I was hoping this site might offer a direction to go in to find the guards; didn't expect to find Sister Mary Francis from my parochial school here still scolding my about smoking! This is too funny!

The window style vents attatch to the DOOR FRAME.....and mini's DO NOT HAVE A DOOR FRAME....so no vent for you!!!
This has been discussed at length,but i am impressed you found one of the funniest ones discussing it!!

 

There's a company that sells these for 100$ on eBay guys!
